Prospan syrup relaxes and calms coughing. In this way, Prospan syrup’s expectorant and spasmolytic actions combat the typical complaints of increased formation of viscous mucus, shortness of breath and irritation of the throat. Troublesome and painful coughing is calmed, but not blocked, which is important for being able to cough up the mucus and thereby allow for trouble-free deep breathing. Dosage and Directions For Use: Adults: 5-7.5mL 3 times daily, Children 6-11 years: 5mL 3 times daily, Children 1-5 years: 2.5mL 3 times daily. Shake well before use.
