Usage:
AS COLD BAG:
1. Fill bag to ⅔ full with cold tap water, crushed ice or ice cubes.
2. Fit the cap back onto the opening.
3. Test for leakage by turning bag upside down and pressing firmly.
4. Hold the ice bag by the ring and apply to desired area.

AS HOT BAG:
1. Fill bag ⅔ full with hot water (around 60-80°C).
2. Fit the cap back onto the opening.
3. Test for leakage by turning bag upside down and pressing firmly.
4. Hold the hot bag by the ring and apply to desired area.
