How To Use Novoplus Blood Pressure Monitor (U80EH):
1) Take a seat in a chair with your feet on the floor and your arms supported at around heart level. The cuff’s inflated section should cover at least 80% of your upper arm, and it should be worn directly against the skin, not over a shirt. During the measurement, refrain from conversing.
