Uphamol 500 contains paracetamol as an active ingredient.

Paracetamol works by inhibiting prostaglandin (hormone-like) production and acting on the body temperature regulating center in the brain. Relieve pain and fever.
Dosage and Directions For Use:

Adult and children above 12 years: 1-2 tablets every 4-6 hours, maximum 8 tablets daily
Children 6-12 years: 1/2-1 tablet every 4-6 hours, maximum 4 doses daily
