Fybogel 3.5g effervescent granules when mixed with water produce an orange flavoured drink that helps relieve occasional constipation and maintain regularity. Fybogel granules contain ispaghula husk which is a type of fibre extracted from the plantago family of plants. It provides bulk that absorbs water and helps stimulte bowel movement. Directions for use: Adults and children over 12 years of age, add one a sachet to a full glass of water morning and evening, preferably after meals. Children 6 to 12 years, add up to half a sachet to a full glass of water and evening , preferably after meals.
